Recognition of stylus pen seemed to take much more time as before. Re-installing the bluetooth driver improved this. WebIt's quite a PITA TBH. They should check their Citrix policy and see if Client clipboard redirection is disabled. Thank you, the next time I speak with the support, I will suggest that for them. As stated, you need to contact the help desk / admins for the environment. By default, clipboard works.
