WebIf I were to register for diapers I would likely choose 2 or 3 brands. For my baby at least, most of the bigger name brands seem to work well enough. As for sizing, my baby was 7 lbs 9 oz when she was born. We used 1, 30 count pack of newborn diapers that the hospital gave us, and 1, 30 count pack of newborns we had on hand.
