I found out my 2014 1200GS will accept the hill holder software! Cost about $300. Not that I'm climbing lots of of hills, but it would be nice to not have to hold the brake at stop lights.

Maybe hold time is longer on the manual vehicles but overall it seems to work fine with the CVT.
